Technical description
▶ Powerful lifting system. Compared with traditional drilling rigs, this simple and special structure eliminates the main load on the top of the mast, making the rig more stable.
▶ Multi-function top drive. The hydraulic motor drives the spindle to rotate directly, so that the top drive has the characteristics of large torque and stepless speed.
▶ Highly integrated slant slip. This special slant slip integrates the functions of traditional wellhead equipment such as chuck and casing pliers.
▶ Torque tongs. Hydraulic drive, reliable clamping, stretching torque, with the top drive to achieve up and down, simple operation, safety, labor saving, high efficiency.
▶ High efficiency Intelligent Pipe Handing System. The system has one-click automatic operation, saving the well site area, replacing personnel in dangerous areas, and improving site construction efficiency.
▶ IOT operation monitor system. The system has the main functions of rig data acquisition and monitoring, status alarm, equipment health warning, cloud data storage, remote monitoring and so on.
Examples of industrial application
The drilling test of "Rong test-1X" large Angle inclined well was completed in the plant, and the Rong test-1X well is the most inclined straight well in China at present.
The drilling task of wells “Sihe SHH05-2, 3(9)” were completed in Qinshui county, Shanxi Province. Well Sihe SHH05-2(9) is the first slant-horizontal well in the field of CBM exploitation in China. Well Sihe SHH05-3(9) is the first slant type branch horizontal well in the field of CBM exploitation in China.
